30-Day Return Policy: We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy on all phones. Not satisfied? Return it for a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your phone must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Phone must be in original, unused condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
- No physical damage, scratches, or water damage
- IMEI/Serial number must match the original device
- Phone must not be carrier-locked or iCloud/Google locked
Non-Returnable Items: Opened SIM cards, prepaid cards, and personalized/customized devices cannot be returned for hygiene and security reasons.
How to Return Your Phone
Step 1: Initiate Return Request Contact our customer service or log into your account and select “Return Item” from your order history. You’ll receive a return authorization number (RMA).
Step 2: Package Your Item Carefully pack the phone with all original accessories, packaging, and documentation. Include your RMA number inside the package.
Step 3: Ship the Return Use the prepaid shipping label we provide. Drop off at any authorized shipping location. Keep your tracking number for reference.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund. Refunds appear in 5-10 business days.
Refund Information
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The funds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will appear on your credit card statement. For PayPal payments, the refund goes to your PayPal account.
Shipping Costs
We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Partial Refunds: If your returned item shows signs of use or is missing components, a partial refund may be issued based on the item’s condition.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange your phone for a different model or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange:
- Contact customer service to initiate an exchange request
- Return your original item following the return process above
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item
- If there’s a price difference, we’ll either refund or charge accordingly
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged phone, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
What to Do:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or describe the defect
- We’ll send a prepaid return label immediately
- Choose between a replacement or full refund

Can I return a phone I’ve activated? Yes, as long as the phone is in like-new condition and returned within 30 days. However, you may need to contact your carrier to cancel service.
What if I lost the original packaging? While we prefer returns with original packaging, we’ll accept returns in suitable alternative packaging. However, this may affect the refund amount.

Can I return a phone purchased on sale? Yes, all phones are eligible for return regardless of whether they were purchased at full price or on sale.
